To Keep our Prices Low we have an ALL SALES FINAL Policy
If you receive an item that is damaged, it must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. We will note delivery as the day that USPS marks your shipment as delivered.

We are not responsible for items that are worn and broken. 
Each Item is hand packed by our team. We do not ship out broken items but we do understand that things break in the mail. Please report your damaged items to hello@shoplulu.com
If there is a manufacturer's defect we will issue a replacement product . If there is no replacement available a full refund will be made.  All Defects Must be Reported within 72 hours of USPS reported Delivery. 
If you absolutely can not live with a purchase email us at hello@shoplulu.com . We will do our best to make you happy.  We do not pay for return shipping. One way is our way.

Unfortunately, International Shipping has not caught up to Technology.
We are NOT responsible for Canadian Tarrif and Taxes. We do everything we can to ensure that your shipment is not caught up in customs but we have no way of controlling what is typically a random check. We are not responsible for any fees associated with International Orders. Please realize that before you place your order, there may be a Duty Tax which is your responsibility. We will not issue any refund for any order that you refuse at your local post office. We love you Canada and we have had very few problems with Import Taxes but we will NOT issue a refund for any Canadian Order that is refused, not picked up or returned to us if Customs deems it to be required for a tariff.
