If you receive an item that is damaged, it must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. We will note delivery as the day that USPS marks your shipment as delivered.
We are not responsible for items that are worn and broken.
Each Item is handpacked by our team. We do not ship out broken items but we do understand that things break in the mail. Please report your damaged items to email@example.com
